  4. You will receive an answer from our customer service within 2-3 working days.<\/li>\n
  5. Print out this note and enclose it in the package.<\/li>\n
  6. You can now send off your package.<\/li>\n
  7. The processing of the return and the transfer back to the original means of payment will be processed within 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    4. Items must be unworn with tags and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Of course you can try your items, but please pack them back in the original packaging when returning them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
